✧Pagos✧

✧ Los precios pueden ir cambiando, no se incluirá el aumento en la factura del cliente cuando se haya acordado un precio a pagar.✧ El pago se hace en el momento para que el artista comience con el trabajo. Se puede pagar el 50%, pero para que el artista entregue la ilustración el cliente tiene que pagar lo faltante.✧ Pueden pagar al artista por Paypal (USD), Mercado Pago (ARS) o Ko-Fi.✧ Si el pago se realiza a través de PayPal, el cliente recibirá una factura y pagará a través de ella.✧ Pueden también contratar mis servicios por VGen, en donde pueden pagarme con Paypal o con tarjeta de crédito/debito.✧ No se realizarán reembolsos, canselaciones o chargebacks, debe estar seguro de su compra. Pero, se realizara un reembolso si el artista se tarda mas de dos meses, no tiene contacto con el cliente y/o no actualiza su tablero de Trello o Workflow de VGen.
En ese caso, el cliente puede canselar y solicitar el reembolso.

✧Proceso✧

✧ Todas las comisiones se realizan por orden de llegada. Revisen mi tabla de Trello, o WorkFlow en el caso de encargar por VGen, para estar al tanto del proceso de su comisión.✧ Por favor, envíame todos los detalles que deseas en tu pedido, referencia del personaje, imágenes de referencia, descripción detallada, etc.✧ Las correcciones importantes solo se realizaran durante el proceso del boceto, en esa etapa el cliente tiene cambios ilimitados. Una vez que el cliente este satisfecho y haya aprobado el boceto se pasara a la etapa del delineado. Si el cliente necesita una corrección durante la etapa del delineado o color plano, tendrá un total de 3 correcciones gratuitas. Más correcciones después de las entregadas tendrán un costo extra.✧ Mi plazo de entrega es de 15 días a 1 mes. O dos meses en el caso de tener mas encargos.✧ Si el artista tarda más de lo acordado, ¡se lo hará saber! Puede deberse a alguna urgencia personal o problema material con el equipo de trabajo. El Artista, MrJuicyArt, esta totalmente comprometido a mantenerse en contacto con el o los cliente por cualquier problema que le impida avanzar en el trabajo.✧ La entrega se realizará a través de Google Drive. El artista compartirá un enlace con el cliente, quien tendrá hasta 48 horas para descargar la ilustración.

✧Derechos de la obra✧

✧ El artista, MrJuicyArt, conservará los derechos de la(s) ilustración(es) encargada(s), permitiéndole publicarlas en sus redes sociales y portafolio para promocionar su trabajo. Sin embargo, el Artista respetará la decisión del cliente de no compartir la ilustración ni mencionarlo(s) si así lo prefiere.✧ Todas las obras son solo de uso personal, el cliente puede usarlo como quiera siempre y cuando no use la ilustración para su venta, como lo serian los "Adoptables", NFT´s, o venta de productos merchandice.✧ En el caso que el cliente necesite usar el trabajo creativo para contenido monetizado o comercialización, entonces deberá pagar otros montos que pueden ser; desde 10 Dólares para contenido monetizado, y 50 Dólares para el contenido comercial.✧ Contenido monetizado: Esta opción es para creadores de contenido que deseen usar la obra de arte en su canal. Algunos ejemplos incluyen recursos para streamers, YouTubers o VTubers, emoticonos, fotos de perfil y/o banners, etc. Es obligatorio dar crédito y reconocimiento al artista.✧ Derechos comerciales: En este caso, el cliente adquiere todos los derechos sobre la obra para usarla en su marca como producto digital o físico. El artista le proporcionará los archivos en formato .PSD.
Aunque el cliente haya pagado por los derechos, es obligatorio dar crédito y reconocimiento al artista.

✧Comunicación✧

✧ El Artista y el cliente pueden comunicarse a través de plataformas de redes sociales como Instagram, Discord o el chat de VGen. Se utilizará un único método de comunicación para evitar confusiones.✧ El artista se compromete a mantener una comunicación clara y compartir el proceso de trabajo con el cliente. El cliente también se debe de comprometer a mantener una buena comunicación con el artista.✧ En todas las plataformas de redes sociales, el nombre de usuario del artista es "@MrJuicyArt".

¡Importante!° El artista, MrJuicyArt, es estudiante universitario. No lo digo como excusa, solo para que los clientes sepan que podría tardar un poco más en entregar el trabajo durante la época de exámenes.° Mi zona horaria es GMT-3 (o UTC-3), no tengo un horario fijo, así que les pido paciencia al enviar mensajes.

¡Terms of Service!

✧Payments✧

✧ Prices may increase; the increase will not be included in the customer's invoice once a price has been agreed upon.✧ Payment is due immediately so the artist can begin work. A 50% deposit is accepted, but the remaining balance must be paid before the artist can deliver the illustration.✧ You can pay the artist via Paypal (USD) or Ko-Fi.✧ If payment is made through PayPal, the customer will receive an invoice and pay through it.✧ You can also hire my services through VGen, where you can pay me with Paypal or credit/debit card.✧ No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued; please be certain of your purchase. However, a refund will be issued if the artist takes more than two months, has no contact with the client and/or does not update their Trello board or VGen Workflow.
In that case, the client can cancel and request a refund.

✧Process✧

✧ All commissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check my Trello board, or Workflow if you order through VGen, to stay updated on the status of your commission.✧ Please send me all the details you want in your order, character reference, reference images, detailed description, etc.✧ Major revisions will only be made during the sketching process; at this stage, the client has unlimited revisions. Once the client is satisfied and has approved the sketch, we will move on to the line art stage. If the client needs a revision during the line art or flat coloring stage, they will receive a total of three free revisions. Additional revisions after these three will incur an extra charge.✧ My delivery time is 15 days to 1 month. Or two months if I have more orders.✧ If the artist takes longer than agreed upon, they will let you know! This could be due to a personal emergency or a problem with their equipment. The artist, MrJuicyArt, is fully committed to staying in touch with the client(s) regarding any issues that may prevent them from progressing with the work.✧ The delivery will be made via Google Drive. The artist will share a link with the client, and they have up to 48 hours to download the illustration.

✧Rights of the work✧

✧ The artist, MrJuicyArt, will retain the rights to the commissioned illustration(s), allowing them to publish them on their social media and portfolio to promote their work. However, they will respect the client's decision not to share the illustration or mention the client if that is their preference.✧ All works are for personal use only; the client may use them as they wish as long as they do not use the illustration for sale, such as "Adoptables", NFTs, or the sale of merchandising products.✧ If the client needs to use the creative work for monetized content or marketing, then they will have to pay other amounts that can be; from $10usd for monetized content, and $50usd for commercial content.✧ Monetized Content: This is for content creators who wish to use the artwork on their channel. Examples include resources for streamers, YouTubers, or VTubers, Emotes, Profile Pictures and/or Banners, etc. Giving credit and recognition to the artist is mandatory.✧ Commercial Rights: In this case, the client is purchasing all rights to the work to use it for their brand as a digital or physical product. The artist will provide the client with the files in .PSD format.
Even though the client has paid for the rights, it is still mandatory to give credit and recognition to the artist.

✧Communication✧

✧ The Artist and the Client can communicate via social media platforms such as Instagram, Discord, or the VGen chat. Only one method of communication will be used to avoid confusion.✧ The artist agrees to maintain clear communication and share the work process with the client. The client also agrees to maintain good communication with the artist.✧ On all social media platforms, the Artist's username is "@MrJuicyArt".
